Fitness Performance is a small intimate company. Being an effective personal trainer stems first from caring about your people.
You can be yourself. There are no judgements. I know my clients as individuals with feelings and emotions. Getting to know you, assists me greatly in implementing practices which will motivate you,especially for weight loss.
I have 25 plus years 35,000 hours of personal training experience. Servicing Northern NJ and the Bergen county area for 20 years with private studio, and in home personal training.
Many people think of exercise and remember the drudgery and humiliation they experienced in gym class. Fitness and diet fads come and go, everything from mini trampolines to the beer drinker's diet, from body wraps to toning tables.
There is a lot of confusion out there. Instead of listening to all the hype, utilize proven methods that combine proper diet and exercise routines that are stimulating and challenging.
